Please can @NationalCoGTA confirm or deny a "new directive" that all persons/orgs donating food must register with COGTA to:
* screen the Org/person
* educate them on the Regs
* check what is being distributed as people have being donating expired food?

We are told that apart from the essential service status, @NationalCoGTA will now issue another certificate before people/orgs can donate food.
If this is the case, it will dramatically slow down delivery of food to families in need.
And we are told that "No Cogta permit means one is on the road delivering food in contravention of the Regulations."
