Wrong again. Try understand this clearly: The test was conducted yesterday 22/3, even with no symptoms. The results take 2 or 3 days to finalise.

Am basing my comments on your own statement where you say positive results were made known to him on 20 March. The 22 March test seems to be the 2nd test according to your Tweet.
Positive results of people he had been in close proximity of for him to be concerned about his own possible infection.
