#ACDP bringing in order in smaller things like littering and traffic violations to prevent bigger crimes . The areas that have the most violent crimes now are the same areas that had them during apartheid. Policing in townships still under resourced . Suburbs still safe 1)

The areas that had less violent crimes during apartheid is now not so safe. And what does that mean. My husband so badly wants to go back to SAPS but because of him out of SAPS for 11 years he cannot. Yet he was a detective at Organised Crime and is K9 trained. Scares skills.
