Angie did implement the testing (ANA ) of student levels which is how we discovered how bad the numeracy and literacy rates are . She has been working toward lifting those at an earlier level and she has focused on ECD but there is a deep level of dysfunction in education

I would support free ECD education long before I support free tertiary education. Stimulation at an early age is super important.

Agree , we would go as far as to support creches attached to schools ffom age 2 for a couple of hours for early stimulation
