The ANC set up it own process to investigate state capture. Gordhan says as far as he knows, only Maseko made a written submission.

Gordhan says was a multitude of activities taking place in state and outside, court actions. The context was the executive itself was beginning to be compromised. You are not talking about honest brokers sitting around the table… to respond to concerns.
