Eh apparently, the ANC is 'shocked' at the scale of corruption. I don't know whether to laugh or cry.
They always planned to siphon funds to fund the ANC through bodies such as charter house . When you do it for a party it then is less of a jump to do it for individuals . It is all corruption kickbacks to the party or individuals is the same rot .
