Dont forget the drugs that should make you shudder in an exam and in practice (TDM, interactions etc)! Think digoxin, amiodarone, macrolides, lithium, glycopeptides, anticoagulants, methotrexate, CBZ, valproate, aminosalicylates, insulin (know SA vs LA etc)
