I still can't use the shadow man, installed everything, Black ops pass just says manage and nothing comes up about the shadow man.
Are you missing your Classified map on Xbox One? Back out of the game, hit the home button and go to Manage Games, then find Classified under Ready to Install. Or, search for Black Ops Pass in the Xbox Store and hit Install.

He's still unavailable, it says he's included in the black ops pass, then when I click on him, it takes me to the store where the pass says purchased, but I still can't use him.

Understood, there is a delay issue in seeing purchased content available in-game, can you try accessing the Blackout Character screen, clicking on the Shadow Man icon (which should take you to the store) then backing out and repeating the process a few times? Doing so... ^NM

I just played some multiplayer and went to try this and the shadow man has unlocked, thank you.

I bought the seasons pass at gamestop at release, they gave me a code and I bought it this morning 12:00 central time. It was working this morning I was able to play as shadow man in blackout then my game reset and now I cant play as him and its saying I have to buy the pass
