At least ppl on the planes have food & light. They can charge their phones, make calls, etc. probably also watch a movie. Not a bad place to be stuck ehh??

What a mess. Delta handled it miserably. No news, no food, people still arrriving...no push notifications.. but definitely something to improve upon

Delta’s communication too their customers is Delta’s responsibility. The power outage was not their responsibility. To their credit they did take care of rebooking and numerous hours on phone. no communication was the prob.

So how do I go about getting a reimbursement for my 2 extra days in hotels, travel to and from the airport, and food for my wife and I while stuck in California?
