This makes me cry from laughter every time but also I can't imagine the stress of working retail. Customers can be so fcking entitled

I worked at the head office of some very large companies. When I worked for HP Printers, I had a woman complain that when she printed out Shrek photos he wasn't the right shade of green. She chewed up atleast 15 people before me, making some of them cry, because ... of Shrek.

I feel this guy from the depths of my soul, and I've never even worked retail

I used to work at a fashion outlet and god the "i know the sale's over but can I still have the lower price?" bit hit so hard ive had that exact conversation 2 times a week for a year except I had to stay quiet and be polite
