@GovRicketts would follow the law & will of the people & implement Medicaid expansion. We voted YES on the ballot last year & won. Yet he has done nothing. He’s waiting for the ACA to be repealed. Shameful. -
I’m afraid OK will do the same if our ballot initiative gets off the ground and passes.

Kansas has a long line of progressive politicians: Dan Glickman, Kathleen Sebelius, John Carlin, et al. The issue is similar to what you see in VA: Rural voters vs. suburban city voters. Also the fucking Koch family.
