Since Reagan got rid of most of the mental institutions, that leaves for-profit prisons on trumped-up charges (no pun intended). Trump is already in bed with those for-profit prisons.

I can only think that such a policy will result in many people who are considering seeking treatment to decide against it. If there's no expectation of privacy, many will suffer in silence.
