We have to get back to more residential treatment. Some people will never get sober thinking from outpatient a couple of times a week at the county addiction center. If other states are like mine, build on & expand the voc rehab agency tx ctrs.

This plan means that people will be able to get the mental health care that we so greatly need. My therapist shouldn't have to see me pro-bono just to keep me on the right track. I was born with depression. It has been persistent and at times debilitating. I'm still here at 56.
