Turkey threatened (the EU) in the wake of humanitarian crisis of refugees 'fleeing' Syrian Idlib offensive, that they would 'flood' Europe with refugees. (A simple case of opening the borders). This is likely to pressure NATO to support Turkey in Idlib.
