My Nana did every one of these things, and still got dementia.

My mum never drank, never smoked, kept fit walking GSD’s, ate well (home grown food), & kept her mind busy with hobbies - she now has dementia & is in a care home.
These things didn’t help her. -
Sorry to hear about your Mum, my Dad smoked, drank, didnt exercise or eat healthy & he developed vascular dementia. Taking the advice AR gives will help most of us but not all of us
