I've been asking the same thing over and over. Maybe Arcadia don't care about us over seas customers. Thats sad :(

Dear Arcadia. Answer us please. Even if it's a "NO, we don't care, we can't do anything, you're screwed." I think we deserve an answer. As a buyer and fan of your products I feel disappointed that there is no answer at least.
