If you are 30 it's a bit late to go slow and sure. You don't want to be rich at 50 or 60, you want to be rich young.
Acquiring wealth is a fairly well understood process. There are rules to the game of money. Most people don’t have the discipline or patience to follow the rules. They want to get rich quick instead of getting rich slow and for sure.

I disagree. I think *most* people don’t know how to accumulate wealth. It is not taught to most people.

And that to me is where schools failed many people. This is stuff that should be learned from junior high until graduation. Every kid coming out of high school should know how to invest money and manage money.
