Good start..except the ethics committee's for ALL branches needs to be updated. Instead of a layman ethic style...how about they be required too uphold standards at the physician ethics level.

This is their 1st good gov't bill? The Dems are the greedy ones who can't take enough money from us & put in their pockets & the second vote is directed at the president, how convenient! No package-address these two bills separately!
