This is the first time I've ever seen that word, and I automatically pronounced it as ess-ports. I'm inclined to hyphenate it for clarity. It's not as well-known as email, and it's more likely to be mispronounced.

Duly noted; however, when has English been the staple for clarity with pronunciation? The fact it is a foreign word to most people who aren't avid gamers should give a clue to these newcomers. What do we do when we see a new word? Break it down. Find roots. Google it. XD
