Enough is enough, it is time to adopt a definition rooted in communities, underpinned by academics and framed by parliamentarians. Our officer @SayeedaWarsi speaking in the @UKHouseofLords debate on Islamophobia. #IslamophobiaDefinedpic.twitter.com/ATLfTdWQop

Islam is an idea, an idea in a free country is there to be challenged. It is our free right to reject the idea and question every aspect of it. Christianity is questioned and so is Islam. You arent in an Islamic country anymore, learn to adapt and realise your idea may be wrong.

Islam, just like all other religions are a set of beliefs. No matter how deeply held those beliefs may be, they are, and should continue to be open for disagreement.

Enough certainly is enough! Why do these ppl think theyre more important than everyone else and that they need their own laws to prevent ppl from saying what they think about their religion & some of their highly questionable associated practices?

Beliefs aren't immune to criticism or mockery. Those who are too insecure with their belief in nonsense should keep said beliefs out of the public domain. I don't have to respect you, nor your religion.

It's a fake word used to protect Islam from any criticism, we will not be manipulated to think anything else regardless of what we're told. Douglas Murray wrote a great article on this.

We all have the right to feel insulted, that's why the word INSULT was removed from the Public Order Act. Believe what you want to, but it doesn't mean it is true or that you are right. Islamaphobia, antisemitism - such words do not need defining, they are subjective opinion.
