I dont know who needs to hear this right now but overdraft protection is OPT IN by law many years now. If you still have it on your account get thee to thy bank and revoke consent asap.

The big monster mega banks are such a bad deal. Your local credit union is probably much better on rates, and is usually locally controlled and run.

Eh, having made the switch to credit unions in the "occupy wall street" days, I've found they're pretty much the same, just with crummier apps. They might not be Wells Fargo evil but end of the day they're still basically a bank, making money off your money.
