It's for local elections where they reside, they should have the right to vote. Thus is a non-issue. Other areas have done this for years with no issues.

I consider myself a liberal but I'm not sure about this. Voting, I think, should be for citizens; help these folks get their citizenship, and then grant them the most important right that Americans have.
