Wow. No smoke detectors? Emergency exits/windows? Ugh.

Official from Phila Housing Auth said there were SIX smoke detectors, all were inspected and found to be working on May 5, 2021. Fire department officials said only two exits from building (it's a row house, converted into two apartments), but egress via windows was easy.
