Sorry to tell you, but this was a no-brainer. I’m for vaccine mandates, but the executive branch can only mandate them for those employees directly under their control… except when given authorization by Congress. This was amateur hour on the part of
@RonaldKlain. -
Sorry to tell you but this was from one of the stream of unqualified judges that Mitch McConnell injected in the system. This ruling was politics, nothing to do with the rule of law.

This seems like a strangely empty victory. So an employer can make rules for it's employees, but not contractors. Makes sense.
