The “extreme weather” thing feels exaggerated. If you want people to commit to the reality of climate change, take fewer liberties in the ways you look to manipulate their behavior. People have been loudly expressing their desire for folks to “keep it real”.

Just because you think you’re really smart doesn’t mean you have to treat everyone else like a grade schooler. While weather over the past years has harmed Christmas tree farms in some places, it’s been better in others. This framing is intentionally manipulative.

Yeah! And nobody needs a book. Guess where books are from. Nobody needs grocery store food. Guess where grocery store food is from. Nobody needs to wipe their ass. Guess when I last wiped my ass.

Traditions change with time and need. Google "No room for a Tree" or "No tree Christmas tree" and get some ideas. Stop tree farming anyway the waste is incredible.

Supply chain disruptions the people of New Mexico have no idea how to drive. I-40 yesterday a hour back up on both sides of the road due to a lane being closed, few days back there was a 30 mile backup same place.
