second elections almost always go in favor of the company. amazon and all these other companies that participate in union busting are disgusting. there should be heavier penalties for union busting and more protections for unions and unionizing

That meme is funny. Some people feel the cold more than others. Yet no one is demanding everyone wear a coat. Especially using a narrative of everyone wearing one doing some magical thing to our healthcare system.

Coverage for workers: companies, executives not wanting employees, affiliated trade unions... ought questioned objectivity... welfare staffers? Core economic-financial- activities, hinges on production staffers? No staff, no business? Fundamental requirement, welfare of workers?

I wonder if this union would still want to represent these Amazon workers if the workers didn’t have to pay union dues? The morally correct answer is 100% yes. I don’t believe the union would say 100% yes if that were going to happen.

I drove through MS and AL recently and thought I was in a 3rd world country. If you make $5/hr you're doing good. Amazon has the income to do right by their employees.

That's pretty disgusting if true. Should be a living wage, but I suppose you would all argue it's socialism.

Less corporate sponsorship perspective bs, more focus on actual facts and numbers, please. What does unionization mean to bottom line revenue. What does it mean toward average worker wage and benefits? Who is actually "hurt" by this unionization? I'd argue, no one real person.

Bezos that's who it hurts, no one else. Workers in the UK get roughly $15 an hour and are protected by working conditions and rights, including holidays.
