I think arrest is in order, especially at such places where millions are expected to congregate. While some may feel offended,Security is Paramount.

It has nothing to do with security. The World cup is not until next year. But it has everything to with reporting about Qatars slave like treatment of workers.

There will be more World Cup related incidents and while it's natural to direct anger at Qatar, it's ultimately FIFA corruption that created this situation.
