There is no question of its legality. Interstate commerce is strictly a federal matter. One can not be charged with committing a crime in a state while being outside of the state. It‘s like being ticketed for turning on a red light in a state where it’s legal.

It is sad that it has to be that way. States restrict abortion but do nothing to help prevent unwanted pregnancies or to educate people about birth control and safe haven laws.

Idgas how many laws are passed..you will not stop abortions from happening. The absolute best that can happen is when it's done by a doctor and done before 12 weeks. Which 95% of abortions are. It's either that or babies in dumpsters. Choose your future
