Whether you like unions or not, history over the past couple of decades have shown that the lack of collective bargaining from unions results in stagnant wages and ludicrous CEO pay. Fiduciary duty is amoral devotion to profit, there needs to be a counterbalance to that greed.

And unions have disappeared as companies offshored their manufacturing to foreign countries to save cost, which creates supply line issues like the ones we're facing now. Corporations are too greedy and lazy for the world's good to be allowed to run their own companies, period.

Did they just announce their new minimum would be $15? If they were already unionized, the union would have fought the company hard for the workers to make a minimum of $12.
