Indiana University (public) did a mandate for their staff and students and it held up in SCOTUS. Not sure why people think POTUS can’t do the same for the executive branch employees who are under his chain of command.

You'll get it someday, hopefully.

So.. you’re just gonna ignore the court invalidated it.
-
1) The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, NOT SCOTUS 2) Issued a stay 3) Not invalidated the mandate. Courts don't invalidate.

This isn't overreach! SCOTUS ruled on this in 1905 with the Polio vaccine push. No one's situation is unique and they are not trailblazers just people who haven't learned their history.
-
A couple of things it was the Small Pox vaccine as the Polio vaccine was discovered in 1905. Also, you are correct this isn't an overreach.

Don’t forget about the federal court putting the brakes on it.

They didn't stop the Federal Employee mandate they stopped the companies with over 100 employees' mandate. Federal Employees are held to different standards. Also at the end of the day, SCOTUS will uphold the mandate as it has since 1905 with the Jacobson v Massachusetts ruling

As a Federal Employee I 100% approve of this mandate.
