this is inaccurate. tipped wage has been stagnant and still is based off of whatever patrons decide is your pay that day on their whim.

Ironically many places are forcing existing employees out by offering higher wages/benefits to new hires without raising the pay of existing staff. For every new person, there another person leaving.

And in a few months this issue gets rocket fuel as firms introduce pay increases for 21. Can't be about cost of living - that is way up. And if you provide too little in the eyes of the employee they may leave...and they can. 11.9 million other jobs and rising.
