Besides pressure drop, decrease in oil flow rate would indicate leak since some oil would be leaking into ocean. With existing technologies the oil industry should be able to have better solution.

Oh what a surprise, another oil company with a laughably inadequate spill plan. Why are they still allowed to operate like this?

Well this was caused by an anchor so it is in no way Amplify’s fault. It is actually quite impressive that this was kept to ~130,000 gallons for an event that was completely unpredictable
