I noticed in videos fr China when the pandemic first hit, how easy it was for them to lock down their massive population. Almost like their cities were built specifically for that reason. And they’re mostly apartment blocks

China also provided support to make that possible - the government had people making deliveries of food, medicine, etc. so everyone *could* stay in lockdown.
