The "Democrats'" American rescue plan? Isn't it America's? Passed by Congress and all that good stuff that's our form of governance? AP continues to do the weird heds. I don't recall them doing that when the Republicans have the majority in Congress and a president in office.

So they stuck it in “rainy day” accounts hoping fed forgets about and they can spend on pet projects instead of what it was intended for!!! Should have put expiration date on it like banks do on checks!!
