I’ve yet to meet anyone employed at my hospital who quit rather once the vaccine was mandated. There was a lot of whining but when they sent the email that managers were going to collect badges and keys everyone lined up for their vaccine.

At my hospital of 4,500 employees... only 7 chose to quit over being vaccinated.

They do not have to be vaccinated. They can chose to be tested weekly and if they are positive, they do not work-lose pay. They have a choice.
