“But his book remain popular”??? I think “…died at age 74. His books remain popular…” is the better phrasing as it doesnt imply that for some reason people prefer books of the living.

Not the film rights to the stories or anything but all the actual stories, film rights, and publishing rights. Cool cool cool. What every dead author dreams of right there, giant corporation owning all of your works and likeness. I am sure this will produce absolutely no horrors.

if the author was that concerned with it, then he should have done a better job establishing his estate hint: they dont burden the estate with a non-sale-to-big-corporations clause because they actually dont mind the money
