In other words, limiting what state and local govt can make a free people do. You want to protect yourself and your family, that is your right. You want to go it alone, that’s yours too.

Free people are free, but to a point right? Can’t yell fire in a movie theater, and you can’t walk around infectious, working in a restaurant, getting everyone sick. Typically these are local/ state statues you are breaking.
