New Orleans did not even take the main hit of Hurricane IDA. If the Power lines were not lost how much damage did NOLA really take? The bayou areas took the biggest hit and will suffer for many weeks to come.

New Orleans was sideswiped. The bayous where the Cajun culture that everyone loves & tries to emulate is where the real damage & devastation occurred. Immense suffering is ongoing in Lafourche, Terrebonne, St. John, etc and I assure you, none of them care about beer on Bourbon
