Whole world has grown under d shadow of 9/11 but ppl haven’t learnt from it. There still is religious extremism, terrorism. Infact ppl learnt to use victim card more effectively for furthering their narrative. And there is a class of ppl who became apologists for everything.

1/2 After 9/11 many Muslims felt constantly under suspicion and under attack. Many were treated as if they were guilty of something and had to prove their innocence. It was living under a microscope every move questioned, every word spoke scrutinized,

2/2 every trip taken examined, every person you met questioned. I remember the Police officers who said if you call 911 were are NOT coming. I remember the hate, the threats, the violence, the lack of humanity.
