How would anybody besides the patient and doctor be able to prove if a baby has a heartbeat or not since medical records are private?
-
through the process of discovery in civil litigation, when a civil claim is filed, it's just that, a claim (or claims), which needs to be proved, but in LONG established civil procedure, there needs to be standing to sue, along with suffering some type of damage/damages

Involuntary electrical impulses....there needs to be an aortic system in place for a heartbeat .... when the heart starts pumping blood thru a body....a completed artery system, that's a heart beat.....
