Honest question: when US admin (Trump) told the world we were leaving Afghanistan, did the rest of the world just blow it off? Why the rush by all these countries, to get their people out? Was Taliban’s takeover not expected by anyone?

they didn’t have the right intel because of the previous administration and they didn’t expect the taliban to capture afghanistan that fast
