The U.S. military is warning about what analysts described as a major expansion of China’s nuclear missile silo fields. Researchers at the Federation of American Scientists estimate China has approximately 250 underground missile silos under construction.http://apne.ws/T5SZ8mO

So what, let them warn all they want. If China pushes their launch button, we'll push ours, and everyone dies. We both have more than enough to extinguish human life, no matter who launches first. Since it won't matter after that, it doesn't matter now.

The US has decommissioned a lot of its launch silos after the USSR collapsed. China doesn't seem to be bothered by "mutually assured destruction".

The Chinese government don't like to waste money on anything. So you know as soon as those puppies are built they're going to use them. God help us.

I literally can't and won't care about what the US military says about Chinese weapons until USA becomes a denuclearised country. Guess which one has the greater nuclear weaponry and has NOT ratified an agreement that they won't fire first. Hint: it does not rhyme with Shina.
