It would be appropriate to suspend the olympics.

At this point, shouldn't they be expressing more than alarm?

We’ve only been saying the Olympics are a bad idea this year since summer of 2020.

The article makes passing reference to the Olympics, but doesn't connect the Olympics to the increase in any meaningful way. And why would they? A bunch of vaccinated, incredibly healthy people in an isolated space is probably not your primary driver.

Well, the Japanese took the Olympics through thick and thin, no way did they compete in a glass dome! They’re taking a tremendous risk.

Many citizens in Japan are afraid of continuing the Olympic Games on. Further more Tokyo and some parts of Japan has been under severe climate crisis, like extreme heat-wave , unbelievable humidity and floods too. Alarm!
