And I was crazy for saying they shouldn't hold the Olympics this year. It's not like the world would end if they just skipped them entirely for a very good reason - a huge surge in the pandemic. Or the pandemic, period.

Tokyo has too many new covid cases occurring. The highest its ever been for the city. No doubt, the Olympics r a big part of what's fueling the outbreaks. Perhaps they should call it a day, & send the athletes home. It's not risking the health & lives of the citizens of Tokyo!!
