There are procedures in place to remedy these things. It is a choice to use or not use them. Outing what each country chooses to do about it and why is the point to be underlined here.

Most sensible comment so far (not sure how to interpret 'nice'). Kicking problems out of the club or comments about the Nazi invasion of Poland seem to be typically American, typically knee-jerk responses to a diplomatic situation. Short attention span but quick on the draw.
