They’ll likely never be let back on property after it’s demolished and new luxury apts are built in their place.

Florida is facing a terrible reality. Concrete and salt air is not a good mix. Add in ocean water coming into Florida ground water and so many buildings are becoming more in structural jeopardy. Inspections need to be increased . other more stable building materials considered

Not to mention what the rising sea will do to the already unstable ground. Florida is sinking.

The city is wholly responsible for housing these people. After all, it was the city that intentionally turned a blind eye to these construction issues. Hold the city of Miami Beach responsible!
