    The Supreme Court ruled that the government can indefinitely detain certain immigrants who say they will face persecution or torture if they are deported to their native countries. The court held 6-3 that the immigrants are not entitled to a hearing.http://apne.ws/yG53w86

        And according to Article VI of the United States Constitution, the United States must adhere to any treaties we have signed as “the supreme Law of the Land.” In other words, any treaties we agree to essentially become our own laws, too.

        They just overruled the 6th amendment to the Constitution. That document applies to everyone on US soil, not just the citizens.
