What is misinformation? It is when govt does not publish real the data of vaccinated people, their side effects, and whether vaccinated got corona or not. Majority of vaccinated people were equally susceptible to corona, in fact.

In fact, that’s misinformation. Plus, even though some vaccinated people will still get the coronavirus, they don’t get nearly as sick, they don’t generally have to go to the hospital, and they don’t die.

Many political parties are involved in fanning this hesitancy to undermine govt's effort to control the spread and mitigate loss of lives in future waves. Many of these political parties are darlings of western media mafia and call them progressive, liberal.

The media should stop calling it a jab, that sounds intimidating. Just call it a vaccination or inoculation or immunization. People will be more likely to accept it. Words matter.

I don't think they can because legally its not

There is no "widespread" hesitancy. There are some areas in Tamilnadu and among Muslim population.
