There is no record of a same-sex couple seeking to become foster parents through Catholic Social Services. In ruling against the city, the court said the agency has a right to provide services "in a manner consistent with its religious beliefs."http://apne.ws/y8tJfyL

Does this mean a different faith-based charity could deny services say, to evangelicals who believe in speaking with tongues? Sounds like the court is sanctioning groups to be able to deny whatever they want. The far right doesn’t realize this could boomerang on them.
