You can't say that because nobody knows the scope of the risk. What if it's a permanent increased risk? What if it increases over time?

There were likely more people killed on the way to get their vaccine than died from blood clots, All they did was make people fearful to get vaccinated

That decision was pretty obvious and clearly scientifically grounded. The question is what measures could be taken to minimize number of side effects like thrombosis even they are very infrequent.
